If, for any reason, within the first 30 days of purchasing a Portable EZ-Step you are not totally satisfied with it you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price.  If, after 30 days, a defect in the material and/or workmanship is found the purchaser may return the defective product  and it will be replaced free of charge.
